1. Services Provided

We provide injury prevention and performance enhancement services, including initial assessments, individualised training programs, and progress tracking through our app. Our services are intended for informational and educational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

Users must provide accurate information and notify us of any updates, especially concerning health conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate in the programs.

3. Client Obligations

Compliance: Clients agree to follow the provided programs and guidelines for maximum safety and benefit.

Injury Disclosure: Clients must disclose any pre-existing conditions or injuries that could impact participation.

Equipment: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have access to safe, appropriate equipment as recommended for each exercise or training component.

4. Payment and Fees

Service Fees: The Client agrees to pay the fees specified at the time of service agreement or signup.

Payment Schedule: Payment terms are as agreed upon during signup. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Late Payments: A late fee may be applied to payments overdue by more than 14 days.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Service Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ notice. Fees paid are non-refundable unless termination is due to a breach of these Terms by the Service Provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property (including programs, reports, assessments, and app features) provided by us are owned by Strenvo and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent from the Service Provider.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information disclosed during the course of the services, except as required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific performance results, injury prevention, or physical outcomes from the use of our services.

The Client acknowledges that all physical activity involves inherent risks. It is recommended to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new physical program.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strenvo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.

Clients assume all responsibility for risks of injury related to participation in the programs provided by the Service Provider, except in cases of proven gross negligence by the Service Provider.

10. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Strenvo, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the services, except where such liability is caused by the Service Provider’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
