One-to-one assessment with a Physiotherapist using state of the art equipment. An individual exercise program to reduce injury risk and improve sporting performance is then created using these assessment findings.
Combining the resources of a Sports Physiotherapist and a Strength and Condoning Coach at the elite level with the accessibility for local clubs.

Step 1: Strength testing
Begin with a comprehensive assessment conducted by a Physiotherapist for every player, pinpointing key areas to enhance performance and highlighting potential injury risks
Assessments are performed using the latest equipment produced from VALD
Assessment is performed at the club during a training session - We come to you
Step 2: Individualised program
Based on the results of the assessment, each player receives two individualised training programs to optimise their performance and build resilience
1. Program that can be performed at a gym with equipment
2. Program able to be performed at home with minimal equipment
Programs are updated every 6 weeks to ensure continual progression for players
Step 3: App access
Players access their tailored programs directly from the app ‘MoveHealth’. Here, coaches can track individual and team progress with ease
